About the brand

A return to the personal defines this intimate chocolate studio, where classic techniques meet creative experimentation. Founded in 2015 as a creative outlet, Alicja Confections approaches chocolate making with both reverence and curiosity—honouring traditional methods while pushing flavour in new, sometimes weird, always interesting directions.

The current focus is on limited drops of hand-painted bonbons. Each small-batch piece is made slowly and deliberately, designed to feel like a love letter to chocolate and the moments worth celebrating. A special run of bonbon boxes is slated for Summer 2026, continuing the studio’s commitment to thoughtful, joy-forward confections that surprise in the best way.
