About the brand

Created by legendary bartender Nick Devine, Edna’s makes non-alcoholic sparkling cocktails that hold their own against the originals. Drawing on nearly three decades of experience behind bars and in beverage manufacturing around the world, Devine set out to build a zero-proof line with the flavour, balance, and structural complexity of a real cocktail, not the sweetness or flatness that often defines the category. Each recipe is inspired by a recognizable classic and small-batch prepared with natural juices, shrubs, extracts, and oils.

The line is free of artificial flavours, additives, and preservatives, and is designed to work three ways: straight from the can as a zero-proof cocktail, mixed with beer or wine for a lower-ABV spritzer, or built on with a favourite spirit for a traditional cocktail. The name comes from Cockney rhyming slang, where “Dame Edna Everage” rhymes with “beverage,” a playful nod to the founders’ British roots.
