What began as a home kitchen hobby quickly grew into a cult-favourite Canadian hot sauce brand, known for its bright, flavour-forward approach to heat. Each recipe is built around traditionally fermented peppers and a short list of natural ingredients—without added water, thickeners, or preservatives—resulting in sauces that feel both clean and deeply layered.
