About the brand

Launched in 2015 by friends turned business partners Chloé Migneault-Lecavalier and Loïse Desjardins-Petrone, Lecavalier Petrone is a Montreal chocolate and pastry workshop that started with corporate orders and grew into a full boutique experience. What began as a shared project between two complementary talents has become a destination for finely crafted chocolates and desserts made for gifting, celebrations, and everyday indulgence.

The workshop-boutique now supports a close-knit team of pastry artists, chocolate artists, and boutique staff, all working under Desjardins-Petrone as owner and Migneault-Lecavalier as chef owner. Production spans seasonal collections, everyday chocolates, pastries, and corporate commissions, with an emphasis on precision craftsmanship and design-forward presentation. The brand is as much about the artistry of the product as the partnership that built it, a small business grounded in collaboration and careful making.
