Built for the 2 pm crash and the version of you who wants a snack that actually holds up, Mid-Day Squares makes refrigerated functional chocolate bars with protein, fiber, and real flavour. Founded by siblings Jake and Lez along with co-founder Nick, the Montreal-based brand has grown a loyal following by rewriting what a chocolate snack can be: indulgent but clean, satisfying but stable, made to fend off afternoon slumps rather than cause them.
The collection spans six flavours, including Peanut Butta, Cookie Dough, Crunchy Peanut, Brownie Batter, Almond Crunch, and the new No Bread PB&J Strawberry, all formulated without fillers, artificial flavours, palm oil, GMOs, preservatives, soy, or gluten. Each square is designed to be kept in the fridge for freshness and stays good on the go for up to five days, a small but intentional choice that reflects the brand’s refusal to compromise on ingredients or taste.
