About the brand
Created from of a love for the hospitality industry and the people who hold it together, NOA makes non-alcoholic spirits built to sit alongside the real thing, not apologize for being different. Founder Patrice, a trained cook, spent years experimenting with natural flavours and culinary techniques before arriving at NOA’s core insight: rather than distilling in water or de-alcoholizing an existing spirit, the team crafts each product from scratch, drawing on the traditional production methods of Italian amari and compound gins to build layered, complex flavour.
The range includes a non-alcoholic amaretto made with maple syrup, a dry gin, and an Italian aperitif, all made with maceration of herbs, roots, spices, and citrus. NOA now serves more than 3,000 restaurant customers across Canada and has expanded its focus toward the US and European markets. The brand also runs Beyond NOA, Canada’s first national non-alcoholic cocktail competition, a direct expression of its commitment to inclusivity and to the hospitality professionals who inspired the brand.
