The line uses a patented technology called SkinAI alongside in-house chemists, drawing from more than 3,000 possible combinations that also account for preferred texture and scent.
The entire process happens in the brand’s certified lab in Quebec, where formulation, testing, manufacturing, and shipping all take place under one roof. Formulas are vegan, barrier-friendly, and made-to-order rather than batched, with clean active ingredients chosen for specific concerns. Customers complete a diagnostic questionnaire, and the resulting bottles are formulated to their individual needs.
