About the brand
Pioneering Quebec cosmetics since 1972, Lise Watier built her namesake brand as a homegrown alternative at a time when Canadian beauty shelves were dominated by multinationals. Watier began her career as a television host addressing women’s issues before moving into cosmetics, where she became one of the first women to lead a Canadian beauty business and a defining figure of Quebec Inc.
More than 50 years in, the brand spans makeup, skincare, and fragrance, with bestsellers including the Love My Lips Caring Lip Oil infused with hyaluronic acid and tsubaki oil, the Perfection Glow-Boosting Tinted Serum, and the Portfolio Professional Correctors 4-in-1.
